Job Opportunity: Program Manager – Energy and Forest Business Accelerators
The Vermont Sustainable Jobs Fund (VSJF) is a nonprofit organization that nurtures the economic prosperity, ecological health, and social connectivity of people, businesses, organizations and communities in Vermont for the benefit and well-being of all who live here.
VSJF is hiring a Program Manager to lead VSJF’s DeltaClimeVT and Forest Business accelerators which provide startup support, business planning, mentorship, and access to capital to climate economy and forest economy entrepreneurs. The Program Manager will be responsible for expanding a network of contacts to ensure a high-quality pool of applicants each year, and ensure that new and alumni cohort companies, mentors and sponsors continue to be engaged with the program.
This is an exempt, full-time position, reporting to the Executive Director. Salary will be commensurate with experience and available funding, within the range of $70,000-$75,000/year. Employee health and dental insurance, paid holidays and combined time off, plus up to 3% SIMPLE IRA retirement contribution. This is a combined office and remote work position.
